Disclaimer.

Wild Crust Sourdough is a home-based microbakery operating under the Massachusetts Cottage Food Law. Our products are made in-home, in a kitchen that has not been inspected by the local health department. We follow all guidelines from the state to provide high-quality, fresh, safe products to our customers.

Please note the following:

  1. Allergens: Our kitchen may process other allergens like nuts, dairy, and eggs. While we follow thorough cleaning and sanitation practices, cross-contamination is possible.

  2. Storage: Our sourdough bread is preservative-free, and therefore won’t keep as long as most commercially produced breads. It is best enjoyed in 1-3 days, but is shelf-stable up to 7 days. Store in a cool, dry environment. Freeze leftovers for later use.

  3. Cottage Food Law: Our bread is homemade and not subject to commercial food regulations. We sell directly to customers, and our products cannot be resold.

By purchasing, you acknowledge these conditions. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns!
